Boiler failed during Covid19 lockdown so needed immediate attention, & Paul McGrath Heating Services was first outfit I could find that was willing both to do the work and do it there and then. Spoke to Paul in the morning after boiler failed overnight, and he said he'd be there in the afternoon. He wasn't; he was there even quicker (arrived later on that same morning). Got straight on with the job; quick diagnosis, and sorted it out in no time too. Friendly & courteous, he explained what the issue was and what he did to fix it in a way that was understandable to me who knows nothing about these things. So all in all, very, very pleased with the work done and the amount I was charged for it.
